A milestone for the Call of Duty franchise and fans is getting closer. We’ve all looked forward to the yearly update to the franchise, but this year is very different. Since Microsoft acquired Activision Blizzard last year, that means new features and ways to play on the Xbox platform. Microsoft wastes no time giving players opinions with the first release under the Xbox umbrella.
Starting October 25th, at 10:00 PT, you can experience Black Ops 6, Modern Warfare III, and Warzone on the Xbox Cloud and Cloud Gaming with your Game Pass Ultimate Subscription. This is the first time players will have multiple ways to play and enjoy the Call of Duty franchise.
Three Great Call of Duty Experiences
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 6: Set in the early ’90s, this action thriller features a mind-bending narrative, adrenaline-pumping Multiplayer action, and the return of Round-Based Zombies. Post-launch, expect even more exciting maps and experiences in both Multiplayer and Zombies modes.
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III: Available with Xbox Cloud Gaming starting October 25, 2024, this game offers a single-player Campaign, Multiplayer mode, and an open-world Zombies experience. Modern Warfare III launched with Game Pass in July 2024 and continues to deliver various post-launch content.
- Call of Duty: Warzone: This free-to-play battle royale game lets you team up, drop in, or fly solo to be the last squad standing. With Xbox Cloud Gaming, Game Pass Ultimate members can stream massive battles and unique limited-time modes starting October 25, 2024.
