Dell tweaks the Alienware lineup for gamers in 2024

Dell’s gaming division, Alienware, won’t be eliminated from the upgrades this year. While the Alienware upgrades are mainly performance-based, no redesigns seem to be on the docket for this year.

Alienware M16 R2 is bringing a stealth mode so you can quickly go dark without the RGB lighting at the push of a button. The chassis is a bit smaller due to the ditching of the thermal shelf out back. This unit is available with select configurations starting January 11th at $1,699.

The Alienware x16 R2, is the latest Alienware thin and light masterpiece. Now, with a QHD 240hz screen and Intel Ultra Processors. It’s the only laptop to offer six speakers and 3D positional audio. It’s listed as coming soon at $2,099.99.

The Alienware m18 R2, is the powerhouse of the portable lineup, supporting up to 270 watts of TPP with the 14th gen Intel Core I9 14900HX CPU. You can also get up to 10 terabytes of storage and an RTX 4090 GPU. The m18 promises better thermals for extreme overclocking performance.

The Alienware Aurora R16 is the desktop option with the latest updates from Nvidia and Intel—the perfect desktop for anyone looking to enter the streaming market.

Alienware 32 4K OLED gaming monitor is a curved OD-OLED panel crafted to help reduce reflection. It’s the first monitor to offer Dolby Vision HDR at 240hz with a 0.03ms gray to gray response time. Available Jan. 11th for $1,199.99

Alienware 27 360hz OD-OLED is the smaller version of the 32-inch model above, the first 27-inch screen featuring QD-OLED and infinite contrast in QHD resolutions. Available Jan. 11th for $899.99
