Forza Horizon 5 finally gets that PS5 release date

As we reported earlier this month, Forza Horizon 5 is extending on the vision of Phil Spencer, by coming to PlayStation 5 with some goodies in tow. Well we have some good news and some bad news, the good news is, we have a release date, the bad news is there won’t be any cross saving happening between the two platforms.

So just be aware if you plan to play the game on both consoles your progress and unlocks will not carry over. On April 29th, 2025 Forza Horizon 5 will take the green flag on PlayStation 5. If you order the Premium Edition of the game from the PlayStation store you can lock in early access on April 25th. The Premium edition comes with a couple DLC’s and a VIP membership.

With every preorder, you’ll get 5,000 Forza points for buying cars and hop-up items and the 2021 Mercedes AMG One to hit the track with. But we’re not done just yet. Also, on April 25th, Horizon Realms will launch the promised update that contains Horizon Stadium Circuit and some of your favorite locations from previous Forza releases.
