Lenovo and AMD teamed up to deliver new artificially intelligent injected ThinkCentre desktops powered by Ryzen Pro 8000 Series processors for 2024.
Soon, customers will be able to get their hands on the performance focused ThinkCentre M75t Gen 5, the more versatile ThinkCentre M75s Gen 5, or the compact ThinkCentre M75q Gen 5 desktops aimed at delivering energy efficient AI-led enterprise-level experiences.
While AMD’s Ryzen Pro 8000 Series provide 16 TOPs dedicated toward AI processes, Lenovo is also tweaking its own on-board software to shepherd traditional AI and machine learned functions such as calibrating fan cooling, video rendering, security, and battery performance in real time in the background.
For those with the desk space, the ThinkCentre M75t Gen 5 and its slimmer cousin the ThinkCentre M75s Gen 5 are both powered by the same Ryzen Pro 8000 Series SoC combined with AMD RDNA 3 GPUs and configurations that support up to 64GB of DDR5 (5600MHz) memory and 2TB of Gen4 SSD storage. In addition to their out-of-the box designs, both the M75t and M75s were also designed with a bit of futureproofing in mind as they support expandability via expansion slots. The M75t and M75s support up to nine additional USB connectors and four independent compatible displays as well as the M75t Gen 5 being capable of hosting AMD Radeon RX 550 4G or RX 6600LE GPUs for boosted graphical performance.

Lenovo claims, “both desktops deliver blazing speeds that makes it the ideal choice for daily commercial tasks like browsing, office, email, media and more, and to even breeze through even the most data-intensive tasks,” when talking about the M75t and M75s.
The space-saving ThinkCentre M75q, which can be attached to the back of most monitors which support VESA mounts, will utilize a tweaked version of the AMD Ryzen 7 PRO with the 8700GE desktop processors combined with an integrated AMD RDNA 3 GPU. The M75q can be configured with 64GB’s of RAM and future-proofed via slots for dual Gen 4 SSDs, seven USB connectors, support for up to three compatible displays, and partition for older OS versions.

In regards of security, the ThinkCentre M75 Gen 5 lineup comes with Lenovo’s ThinkShield end-to-end security solutions that provide dedicated encrypted dTPM 2.0 chips to shield passwords and data. There will also be BIOS-based Smart USB protections combined with individual USB port disablement.
The Lenovo ThinkCentre M75t Gen 5 will not be available in North America but will be available in other select
