Microsoft adds a new way for you to repair your Xbox

Microsoft is always looking for ways to improve product design, distribute, and use products to reduce environmental impact and help Microsoft become a zero-waste and water-positive company by 2030. This not only helps our environment but also allows players to benefit collectively.

Microsoft has heard players want more support options when their consoles need service. Today, Microsoft is expanding the repair options for the Xbox Series X and S consoles. More in-person options will be available starting January 20th. uBreakiFix, an Asurion service, will become the first Xbox Authorized Service provider to repair consoles at its 700 participating locations across the U.S. In the past, in-person repairs were only available through a local Microsoft store. Players should make sure their local uBreakiFix Asurion store to confirm participating in the program.
