Samsung has officially taken its Windows web browser out of beta, bringing its mobile experience to Windows, with AI features powered by Perplexity. Not only does the browser load webpages, but perplexity helps you understand and act on them across your devices.
You can now pick up where you left off across your devices while Samsung keeps everything in sync, even the position on your homepage. You will need to use your Samsung account to enable full syncing. Samsung Pass integration brings secure autofill for logins, payment infor and personal data across your devices.
Contextual content understanding is a big part of the AI feature set. Ask for a four-day travel plan while visiting a tourism website, and the AI goes to work, reading the page and generating a structured itinerary. Search is smarter, delivering instant results. You can also rely on video intelligence to get you straight to the part of the video that matches your search. You can search your browsing history using natural language or summarize and compare the tabs you have open.
Samsung Browser is now available for Windows 10 and 11. The AI features are available in South Korea and the United States, with more countries to follow.
