Surface Pro 10 and Surface Laptop 6 benchmarks spotted

It’s anticipated that during the Microsoft event on March 21st, the Surface Pro 10 and Surface Laptop 6 will be announced. These were the devices we expected to arrive in 2023 that we didn’t get. Some of the surprises may already be out of the bag, though, according to the German Blog WinFuture, the benchmarks have been leaked.

Now, before getting too excited, remember benchmarks can easily be manipulated, and we don’t even know if these are final production units or samples for testing. These benchmarks are coded inside GeekBench with the names OEMML and OEMHT, with OEMML being the Surface Laptop 6 and OEMHT being the Surface Pro 10. The supposed Surface laptop 6 would be an Intel 13th generation Core I5 135H with 14 cores running at 4.4ghz. The smaller variant, thought to be the Surface Pro 10, comes in at 15 watts, sporting the Intel Ultra Core I5 135U. That processor has 12 cores running a 4.6ghz.

Benchmarks aren’t everything, but it looks like a nice upgrade from last year’s models. The Core I5 135H does have the Intel Arc graphics under the hood. The Surface Laptop 6 could bring an OLED screen, a haptic touchpad, and better connectivity.

Surface fans, we might have something to look forward to.
