The Windows Insider Program was launched in 2014 to bring the Windows user base and developers closer together. Microsoft wanted passionate Windows users to join the program to give them access to early features and Microsoft ideas and to provide feedback. Now, years later, the Windows Insider Program has millions of users giving valuable feedback to shape the operating system.
Over the years, the program has come with Rings, Channels, and Canaries, to name a few. These were different levels in the program. Microsoft has even added various Windows Apps and services through the years. Microsoft has composed a thank-you video for Insiders.
Microsoft doesn’t set product and service milestones without bringing gifts. To commemorate the Windows Insider Program anniversary, you can download a light mode and dark mode wallpaper.
