Supporting your favorite Twitch creator is a little more expensive if you do it on a mobile platform. Tier 1 subscriptions will go up two dollars from $5.99 to $7.99 monthly beginning October 1st, so you’ll still have a little time to get some support for your favorite creators at a discounted rate.
The price increase impacts 40 countries, including the United States. It’s important to note that the increase only applies to mobile subscriptions, such as those done on iOS and Android. Tier 2 and Tier 3 subscriptions will remain at their current pricing without an increase. Twitch broke the news via X and will start emailing subscribers with the news.
