X is now giving away free blue check marks to some users

To keep the platform relevant, you can now be given a blue checkmark for free on X, formally known as Twitter, without paying for it.

To get your gifted checkmark accounts with over 2500 verified subscribers, get Premium for free, and those with 5000 will get Premium Plus for free. The Premium Plus tier does allow you to opt out of ads, boost posts with the most replies, and allow for longer posts.
