Xbox could release a handheld in this year and new consoles in 2027

This report comes from our friends over at Windows Central; according to reporter Jez Corden, who wrote the post, we can expect an Xbox-branded handheld by the end of this year. The report states the potential handheld unit wouldn’t be something developed internally but instead a likely collaboration with OEMs such as Lenovo, Asus, and MSI. The reported codename for the device is Keenan. If the report is accurate, we can expect the handheld to have some Xbox signatures in its design and might be pitched as an easy-to-use device to access the Game Pass service. There could be an Xbox-produced handheld in 2027.

We can also prepare for another Xbox sometime in 2027, a successor to the current Xbox Series X. According to the report, Satya Nadella has approved the new design and specifications. Both could be released in 2027. I want you to know that these are rumors. Projects change and even sometimes get canceled, so please wait for any potential announcements straight from Microsoft.
